We clean all types of residential and commercial carpets, all types of fibers, and area rugs.  All standard carpet cleaning services include the following:

  • Comprehensive vacuuming using HEPA-rated Dyson and using a crevice tool along baseboards and corners as needed.
  • Targeting all spots with Green Cross-Certified Lift OFF #1
  • Static-Attraction based Soil Removal Technology.
  • Odor Counteractant to neutralize foul smells.
  • Carpet grooming for a like new appearance.

SMART Pricing Policy

Quotes are free of charge.  When we arrive at your property most quotes won’t change but are subject to a walk through.  SMART’s policy is to hold to the phone quote and not charge more unless there are special issues like pet or color stains or very high soiling/spotting that would require 50% or more than normal time to clean.  You should also know that our service technicians do not receive any form of commission on billing over the quote we provide.
