• Spots returning is eliminated. The cause is wetting the carpet backing and pad as occurs in steam cleaning.  Our ultra low moisture process never gets the backing or pad wet.
• Accelerated re-soiling after cleaning is eliminated. Re-soiling is eliminated by our quick 30 minute drying time and using very little cleaning product.  We use only 3 ounces of our Static-Attraction cleaning product per 1000 sq ft.
• Targeted cleaning. We can provide selective area cleaning between scheduled cleaning cycles.  We also can train your staff and provide products to address spot cleaning.
• Special Issues. Our unique process cleans all types of commercial fiber, can reverse very high ground in soiled areas, and we can remove rust and most color stains.
